Stick With Me

I was such the kid brother today out on the ski slopes... Waiting... waiting... always waiting for me... and I have to appreciate the guys for putting up with it.
But what a day... Gardena is unlike any other ski hill I can think of... because technically it's not a hill... Gardena is the links style golf course of ski hills... You're not supposed to stay on a hill... or the same chairlift... and wind your way through side by side runs... with the ski hill still counting them as different runs... somehow...
... Instead...
... The MULTIPLE VALLEYS are set up to start somewhere... and never again see that place until you get back that night... OR... just don't... you might get lost in this web anyways... because this place is the Boston, Massachusetts of ski hills... no big deal... find a hotel to stay that night... and start up the next day... because that's the thing... This place is not designed to ski in a day...
... of course it's a fun day of skiing... but in my not so humble opinion you shouldn't try to tackle this place in less than a week...
... This is how you could do one day... Start in Ortisei... go up Alpe de Siusi... to Monte Pana... to the Sella Ronda (literally ski around a set of mountians)... end up in Seceda... and ski back down into Ortisei... that's a day... Not a single run the same... Not even the same ski slope the same...
... But the week is so much more interesting... start in Ortisei... and ski towards Brunico... stay the night... then ski towards Cortina... or to Fasa... or Alleghe... and find a shack on top of a mountain with a heater, goulash, and gleuwine at night...
